KAMPALA — Kabira Country Club will this Friday host a poolside culinary event combining live cooking and musical entertainment as part of efforts to expand Kampala’s weekend leisure offerings.
Dubbed Rhymes & Flavors, the event is scheduled to begin at 6pm and will feature live Mongolian-style stir-fry cooking, allowing guests to select their preferred ingredients for meals prepared on-site by the club’s chefs.
According to the organisers, diners will have the opportunity to customise dishes using a variety of meats, vegetables, herbs and sauces, with meals prepared in an interactive live-cooking setting.
The evening will also feature live entertainment, providing guests with a blend of dining and music in the club’s outdoor poolside environment.
Kabira Country Club said the event is intended to offer a social experience for families, friends and other patrons seeking leisure activities at the end of the working week.
The club has increasingly diversified its hospitality offerings through themed dining experiences and entertainment events aimed at attracting both residents and visitors to Kampala.
Organisers said the live cooking concept is designed to give guests an opportunity to engage directly with chefs while enjoying freshly prepared meals in a relaxed setting.
The event comes as hotels and hospitality establishments continue to introduce experiential dining concepts to attract customers amid growing demand for lifestyle and recreational experiences in the city.
Rhymes & Flavors is open to the public, with reservations available through Kabira Country Club.
