President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni has unveiled a proposed Cabinet for the 2026–2031 term under powers granted to the Head of State by Articles 108(1) and (2), 108A(1), 111(1), 113(1), and 114(1) of the 1995 Constitution of Uganda.
The new lineup retains several senior figures from the previous administration while introducing fresh appointments across key ministries, state portfolios, and presidential advisory positions.
